Emma worked as a solicitor before joining the Practice three years ago. Her legal skills have been useful in the preparation of sustainability assessments, proofs of evidence for planning appeals on large mixed-use developments and in researching planning policy for developments.
Emma is a licenced Code for Sustainable Homes assessor.
Her work includes preparing planning reports on the effects of climate change on future development, EcoHomes and Code for Sustainable Homes assessments, and sustainability assessments for submission in planning applications.
Emma is particularly skilled in the preparation of sustainability reports for planning applications where complex policy requirements need to be addressed.
