Michael specialises in the preparation of sustainability reports for planning applications and the environmental assessment of projects from concept through to handover. This enables his contribution to planning applications to be achieved in practice.
He is the Lead Code for Sustainable Homes assessor in the company, as well as a licensed EcoHomes and BREEAM Healthcare assessor.
Michael has worked on a wide range of large and complex development projects many of which have been phased over many years. Several of these projects have met escalating environmental performance standards.
