Wendy is a Sustainable Development Specialist and licenced EcoHomes/Code for Sustainable Homes assessor. She undertook the first EcoHomes assessment to achieve an Excellent rating on a major development and since then has advised on over 60 residential schemes. Her experience encompasses both affordable and private developments particularly where high ratings need to be achieved in a cost effective way.
Wendy has a particular interest in the application of BREEAM and EcoHomes to refurbishment projects.
Wendy carries responsibility for the management of continuing professional development within the Practice.
