As a project based consultancy, we can apply our knowledge across a diverse range of developments. In each case we consider the local context, we look to integrate old and new neighbourhoods and to ensure our communities are 'fit for the future'.

Whilst every project is different, these themes are consistent - Sustainability and Innovation Advice, EcoHomes Assessment and Quality Management.

We are now working on four of English Partnership's (EP) Millennium Communities. This programme aims to regenerate brownfield sites as models of best practice. The Deputy Prime Minister tasked EP with establishing a series of competitions to challenge the development community to examine their approach to housing and mixed-use development, and to address a range of social, economic and physical issues. Two of these projects are listed below - Greenwich Millennium Village and Telford Millennium Community.
