Projects

As a project based consultancy, we can apply our knowledge across a diverse range of developments. In each case we consider the local context, we look to integrate old and new neighbourhoods and to ensure our communities are ‘fit for the future’.

Whilst every project is different, these themes are consistent – Sustainability and Innovation Advice, EcoHomes/Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments and Quality Management.

We have worked on four of the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) Millennium Communities. This programme aimed to regenerate brownfield sites as models of best practice. All of these projects are listed on the left – Allerton Bywater Millenium Community, Greenwich Millennium Village, South Lynn Millenium Community and Telford Millennium Community.
