This innovative mixed-use residential development will have over 2000 homes as well as commercial and retail space to provide local facilities and employment. Over 1100 homes are currently occupied.
Our advice enabled the design of homes with high standards of environmental performance, energy efficiency and water use. Additionally, materials that minimised environmental damage were selected. Management and construction techniques employed best practice measures.
