We assisted in securing planning consent for this 54-acre former industrial site. The regeneration scheme will have over 850 homes in a sustainable urban village, creating a vibrant community living within a high quality environment, which is economically viable.
Our sustainability proposals reflected a balanced concern for the environment, community and commercial viability. Close consultation took place with the local community and planning officials from the London Boroughs of Ealing and Hillingdon.
