This is the fourth Millennium Community and involves the regeneration of 120 acres to the south of King's Lynn town centre, Norfolk. It is part of the Nar Ouse Regeneration Area (NORA) project, one of the largest regeneration projects in the East of England.
When complete, the development will provide more than 900 homes and 60,000 sq m of commercial space. The Millennium Community will also create a new school, a sports and games area, community hall and health facilities.
Richard Hodkinson Consultancy prepared a sustainability management plan to ensure that the Millennium Community standards were delivered in practice. We also worked in collaboration with the project team in meeting the required standards in a cost effective and practical way.
