Designed to be one of the most environmentally friendly apartment blocks in the UK. The 32 one and two bedroom apartments are contained within an energy-conscious circular building built over a children’s nursery and doctors surgery on the ground floor.

Richard Hodkinson Consultancy advised on the innovation and environmental aspects of the building’s design and construction. The building was designed to achieve an EcoHomes Excellent rating.
