For this 4,500 home scheme Richard Hodkinson Consultancy prepared an Energy Strategy to support the Outline Planning Application. Renewable energy requirements were addressed as well as incorporating more conventional energy saving measures. The practice worked closely with the developers and local authorities to ensure that a commercially viable scheme was promoted.
