Handover and Post Completion
Many assessment schemes require final certification on handover of the building. Our specialist team of assessors are expert in ensuring that the certification process throughout planning, design and construction is fully managed to properly result in certification.
In addition we are able to produce home user guides that are both web based and in booklet form for ease of use by residents.
The practice has detailed experience of community energy and CHP applied to large scale phased developments. We are able to technically support the selection and engagement of operators for these schemes.
