We recognise the rapid changes in the technical and commercial environment in which we work and we undertake research within the practice and act as research consultants to Government and its agencies. We look at:

• Where the added benefit lies
• Benchmarking performance - where you are, as opposed to where you want to be
• Suppliers who can deliver

The last point is key. We look at suppliers who can build prototypes we can roll out in a controlled way, minimising risk and ensuring that we can make a detailed evaluation
