We have specific expertise in the analysis of build costs to meet a wide range of Code for Sustainable Homes requirements. In particular we have examined the costs and benefits associated with energy efficiency measures including enhanced insulation, air tightness and more advanced ventilation systems.

Our team have market tested a wide range of renewable and low carbon solutions for various applications on both flats and houses. These include solar panels, air source heat pumps and community heating solutions with both CHP and biomass.

Recent analysis has included the transitional costs associated with moving from Code Level 3 to 4.
