Ecology under the environmental assessments methods of the Code for Sustainable Homes, BREEAM and EcoHomes are valuable weighted credits which can have a significant affect on the overall score, both positively and negatively.
Richard Hodkinson Consultancy, as part of providing the environmental assessment, can now offer the ecological survey and report to meet the specific requirements set within these methodologies by a third party suitably qualified ecologist.
More detailed ecological surveys and management plans can also be carried out in accordance to the requirements of the client.
