As founder of Hodkinson Consultancy he has worked on a very wide range of development projects including complex planning applications for large scale regeneration projects. Over the past 20 years he has built a commercially successful business together with his team of energy and environmental specialists.

Richard is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building. He has specialist expertise in innovative build methods that improve both quality and efficiency.
