We have been awarded the “Gold” standard from Investors in People for developing our team of environmental and energy specialists. This national accreditation standard is very tough to achieve with assessors highlighting the training and continued professional development of everyone in the company. We were recognised as enabling all our staff to be the very best that they can be.
Investors in People provided us with an assessment framework from which we obtained very helpful feedback – much positive and some areas where we need to do further work. We were very keen to understand how we could focus our staff development for the benefit of clients through our project activities. Although a lot of learning is done through project experience we have always invested in advanced training to ensure that we can bring forward the latest thinking and best practice to projects.
We were very pleased to reach the “Gold” standard. It reflects very well on the quality of people in our team.
