Charlotte joined Hodkinson Consultancy in October 2025 as a Graduate Environmental Consultant following the completion of her Bachelors degree at the University of York in Biology, specialising in Ecology. Her BSc studies alongside relevant experience in consulting provide experience in report writing, project management, research methodologies and consultancy skills.

For her research project (Dissertation), she studied the Impact of Onshore Wind Farms on England’s Ecological Status. This included using a data driven approach to assessing the methodology by which onshore wind farms were selected with ecological impact in mind.

Her previous experience comprises; sustainability consulting, ecological consulting and consulting for green energy assets.

Her current role at Hodkinson is within the Environment team delivering Health Impact Assessments, Sustainability statements and Whole Life Cycle Carbon Modelling and Assessments.

In the future, Charlotte aims to become chartered with a related institute.
