Nikhil’s core area of interest is in ensuring large-scale and complex developments are designed holistically and sustainably, both in use and in design. Nikhil has over 10 years experience with working with global teams serving public and private sector clients. His experience ranges across many development types. He combines detailed technical knowledge areas including heat network implementation, fabric performance and post-occupancy evaluation with a thorough understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements for buildings to provide invaluable guidance for developers.
Nikhil joined the Practice in 2018 and is an Associate Director of the company. He has an MEng in Engineering and Management and is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers. He is also a CIBSE registered ESOS (Energy Saving Opportunity Scheme) Lead Assessor, LCC (Low Carbon Consultant) and LCEA (Low Carbon Energy Assessor) for all types of non-domestic buildings.
