Claudia joined Hodkinson Consultancy in July 2025 as a Graduate Energy and Overheating Consultant. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Universidad de Guanajuato and a Master’s in Architecture and Sustainable Design from the University of Nottingham.
With two years of experience in construction management and the design of domestic, commercial, and industrial buildings in Mexico, Claudia is committed to applying her technical knowledge to support sustainable development. Her academic research has focused on low‑carbon solutions for social housing, including renewable energy integration and passive retrofitting strategies, supported by dynamic building simulation and detailed literature review.
She has also volunteered with AIESEC on a project in Austria centred on the UN Sustainable Development Goal for Responsible Consumption and Production. Claudia is an affiliate ISEP member and working towards becoming a qualified Passive House Assessor and a chartered engineer with CIBSE.
