Kathryn joined Hodkinson Consultancy in 2024 as a Graduate Environmental Consultant, bringing her expertise in sustainable development to the team. With an MSc in Environment and Sustainable Development from the University of Glasgow, she has a strong academic foundation in environmental best practices and design.

In her role, Kathryn specialises in conducting environmental assessments, including BREEAM, to support sustainable building projects. She has contributed to various developments, collaborating closely with clients to integrate environmentally responsible strategies and enhance the sustainability credentials of their designs.

Kathryn’s passion for sustainability drives her commitment to helping clients achieve BREEAM certification, contribute to more sustainable construction, and minimise environmental impact. She is a certified BREEAM New Construction and BREEAM New Construction Residential (formerly known as HQM) Assessor. Kathryn also holds Graduate Memberships with ISEP and is progressing with ISEP Chartership.
