Rodrigo is a consultant who brings together deep expertise in passive design and a strong background in architecture. He specializes in creating sustainable buildings that work for the people who use them—balancing thoughtful design with real‑world performance.

Rodrigo’s experience covers façade performance, detailed overheating assessments, and the rigorous standards of Passivhaus, making him a go‑to expert for passive design solutions. He collaborates closely with project teams and manufacturers to integrate innovative solutions and ensure that design intent aligns with technical performance and sustainability goals.

Since joining the company in 2019, Rodrigo has taken on wider responsibilities within the organisation. He has served as an employee trustee for five years, contributing to governance and strategic decision‑making, and in 2025 he became a team lead responsible for the development of team members, supporting growth, performance, and technical excellence.

Rodrigo is a Chartered Engineer, a Member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), and a Certified Passivhaus Designer.
