Zeta is the Director of People and Culture at Hodkinson Consultancy, bringing over a decade of environmental expertise and leadership to her role. Since joining the company in 2014, she has combined her deep technical knowledge with a passion for fostering professional growth and a positive, inclusive workplace culture. In her current position, Zeta leads the strategic development of the company’s people-focused initiatives, ensuring that staff feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive.

With a background as a highly skilled Environmental Specialist, Zeta has built a strong reputation for delivering practical, high-impact sustainability solutions in the built environment. She is an expert in Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), supporting both regulatory compliance and BREEAM certification, and has played a pivotal role in reducing environmental impacts across a wide range of projects. Her work ensures that design teams achieve optimal sustainability outcomes while meeting stringent environmental standards.

Zeta is also a BREEAM Accredited Professional and experienced BREEAM Infrastructure Consultant, contributing to major developments including HS2 and Meridian Water. Her ability to navigate complex sustainability frameworks enables her to identify efficiencies, enhance environmental performance, and help clients reach their certification goals.

Zeta is a Chartered Environmentalist and Full Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA). She remains actively involved in shaping industry best practices through her contributions to industry task and working groups.
