The BREEAM In-Use standard is used for assessing the operational performance of non-domestic buildings and is designed to drive sustainable improvements by encouraging more efficient building management. Our experience has taught us that it also has a number of provable benefits to investors, owners, landlords and occupiers. These range from making it easier to hit Corporate Social Responsibility targets and reducing the performance gap between design targets and real-life outputs to lower operational costs and an increase in asset value.

We provide BREEAM In-Use advice and assessment in two different ways, either as part of our Building Performance Evaluation service or as a stand-alone assessment. Through it we can help you to improve the performance of a single building or track performance across a whole portfolio of buildings. We can also undertake assessments at three different levels, depending on the type of project – asset performance, building management level and occupier management level.
